An omelet for breakfast

Omelets
In this lab we made breakfast omelets with 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of water. We put a pan on the stove on high heat we then mixed 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of water together. After the pan was hot we put 1 tablespoon of margarine on the pan then we poured the eggs in the pan and scraped the cooked eggs toward the center and tipped the pan so the raw eggs would fill it in and cook. Then we put 1/4 cup of cheese on the left side of the omelet and flipped the right side of the omelet over and then flipped it upside down on the plate. Then we ate the omelet the eggs were very light and fluffy.
